I have always been fascinated by Japanese homes. Are floor beds practical though? How are they installed?
Floor beds are two/three stacked mattresses that are placed on the floor. Allowing for a clean visual sweep of the room and making it appear large and spacious, floor beds are ideal for smaller rooms.
Newer structural design constructions allow for a dedicated space, where, depending on the number of bedding layers you require, one can permanently earmark/raise the bed’s area. They are incredible for kids, and fit in with any kind of interior design style.
Floor beds are really good to sleep but the problem with the dust. I am using mattress from Royal Rest, they are one of the best bed shops in Dubai. I faced a dust issue while sleeping on the mattress on the floor. At that time, I decided to buy a mattress protector and bought one from the same shop. Now I can sleep peacefully, there are no dust and bed bugs as well.
