Are laminated/engineering wooden flooring waterproof? We are cleanliness freaks. So, what if we sweep the house every day? Will it damage the floor?
The short answer is NO. Laminate flooring is not waterproof as it is made from recycled wood materials that are pressed together into layers.
There are several water-resistant options available, like parcolys, dumaplast, etc. But no laminate flooring to totally water-proof.
