Are there good hardware channels available to take the weight? Will the shutters bend after some time? Please share your suggestions.

The standard height for wardrobes is 7-8 feet. While you can make wardrobes 11 feet high, I would not advise it. The weight might damage it over time and reaching the top compartments will also be difficult. So, maybe you should consider stretching it horizontally to accommodate everything.
