What do you mean by a warm shell versus a bare shell?

I am looking at buying a new property. These terms keep popping up everywhere. What do they mean, and which one’s better than the other?

Warm shells refer to residential properties with minimal furnishing, such as a cooling and heating system, rest rooms and plumbing, interior lighting, etc. (these may vary from project to project). These units are usually ready-to-use. They cost lower than fully furnished apartments.

Any property right after the completion of the construction of the building, with basic amenities installed is called a bare shell property. These properties usually include basic cement plastered walls and tiled floors. A kitchen and toiler may be included in this list of amenities. These are also called ‘unfurnished’ units.
